Les P'tites Pépites - De la plante à la tisane, il n'y a qu'un pas ! - Challain-la-Potherie

As part of the ‘P'tites Pépites’ events organised by the Anjou Bleu Tourist Office: an introduction to medicinal plants and the creation of a personalised herbal tea, in Challain-la-Potherie.

Isabelle from Mon Savoureux Jardin, a former vet turned herbalist, invites you to discover the medicinal plants in her permaculture garden. Learn to recognise their properties, discover the secrets of harvesting and drying plants, then create your own herbal tea blend from a range of themes: digestion, colds, rheumatism or sleep.
Each participant leaves with their creation, ready to be enjoyed at home.
