Café PUR : la justice en audience

What is a Café PUR? Lecturers from the University of Le Mans are interviewed by students about a book published by Presses universitaires de Rennes. You can bring your sandwich and listen to them with coffee in hand! The court hearing is known as the emblematic moment of the trial, during which the litigant can be seen and heard by his judge. However, recent changes in procedures seem to be moving towards the disappearance of the hearing, with successive reforms suggesting that this phase of the trial is a waste of time. Léa Decaster and Florian Roger take a closer look at this phenomenon in order to understand it better.
It's free and open to all!
