Handicrafts. During the day, participants will work with an instructor to create a round wicker basket. The aim of the course is to help participants discover and enjoy the art of wickerwork. All materials are provided by the association. Please bring thick trousers, an apron and a cushion.

Basketry: make a round basket with Damien from Nature et balade

Under the guidance of the instructor, participants will create a very modern basket in a single day.

During the course, trainees will have the opportunity to learn a number of specific techniques. However, the primary aim of the course is to help participants discover and enjoy the art of basketry, which is why the pace of work is adapted to each participant's dexterity and speed. The most important thing is to enjoy creating and learning.

The number of participants is limited to allow the instructor to follow each person's progress and finalise the work.

Adults only.

All the necessary equipment is provided by the instructor (secateurs, punches, saddles, wicker, etc.) at the start of the course and is taken back at the end: except, of course, for the basket. However, everyone is advised to bring thick trousers, an apron and a cushion, as most of the course takes place... seated!
