Le Mans Métropole célèbre sa libération

81ST ANNIVERSARY OF THE VICTORY OF 8 MAY 1945

To mark the 81st anniversary of the Victory of 8 May 1945, ceremonies have been organised in the presence of Stéphane LE FOLL, Mayor of Le Mans and President of Le Mans Métropole.

Rendez-vous :

- Wednesday 6 May at 11.30am: unveiling of the commemorative plaque dedicated to Juliette and Victor Brault, Resistance fighters from Le Mans who were deported, 92 bis rue Gambetta.

- Thursday 7 May at 3pm: tribute to all members of the Resistance, Hôtel de Ville, place Saint-Pierre

- Friday 8 May at 11am: commemorative ceremony, Resistance monument, place Aristide Briand
