To celebrate 250 years of American independence, come and discover a programme that celebrates American vocal music through composers who are emblematic of the great choral tradition across the Atlantic. A musical journey through gospel, folk songs and choral works from the 20th and 21st centuries, with excerpts from musicals and folk rock thrown in for good measure.
This concert showcases the stylistic and cultural diversity of music from the United States, a land rich in multiculturalism.
