Are you looking for an original, fast-paced sport based on fair play? Whether you’re naturally curious, a sports enthusiast or simply looking for a great experience to share, this session is for you!

But what exactly is Ultimate Frisbee?

It’s a MIXED team sport played… without a referee! Here, the ‘Spirit of the Game’ takes precedence: players referee themselves whilst showing the utmost respect for their opponents. No physical contact, but plenty of running, strategy, jumping and throwing.

On the programme:
Throwing – Mastering the disc in all its forms.
Tactics & Agility – Learning to create space and anticipate trajectories.
Matches – Putting what you’ve learnt into practice during game situations and matches.
Spirit of the Game – Developing team spirit and fair play.

Open to everyone aged 15 and over.
Free – registration required

Equipment: A good pair of trainers (or football boots), sportswear, a water bottle, sun cream and plenty of energy! Discs are provided.
