Raphaël Cottin and Anne Girouard present a dance performance inspired by the exhibition dedicated to the Sarthe-born artist Albert Maignan at the Musée de Tessé. An original way to experience the artworks, accompanied by recitations of contemporary literary texts relating to the painter.

Based in Tours under the artistic direction of Raphaël Cottin, La Poétique des Signes has, for the past decade, been presenting choreographic works influenced by Rudolf Laban, a pioneer of modern dance in Europe in the early 20th century.
