An exhibition as part of the ‘Faites Lire!’ initiative, in partnership with the Alliance Française. It grew out of the series of literary events entitled ‘En français dans le texte’, which has been organised by the Alliance Française in Paris since 2017.

An exhibition as part of the ‘Faites Lire!’ initiative, in partnership with the Alliance Française. It grew out of the series of literary events entitled ‘En français dans le texte’, organised since 2017 by the Alliance Française in Paris. Over the past seven years, this series has welcomed 45 guests from 26 countries across 34 events. It has attracted a total of over 20,000 attendees, both in person and online, from 95 countries. This exhibition explores the place of French in today’s world. It highlights how writers from all walks of life make this shared language their own and bring it to life through their stories.
