European Heritage Days at the Church of Notre-Dame de Brissarthe, on 19 and 20 September 2026.

A Romanesque building dating from the 11th century, erected along the River Sarthe and built on top of an older structure. It bears witness to the Battle of Brissarthe and the assassination of Robert the Strong in 866.
Guided tours take place on Saturdays at 2.30 pm and 4 pm, and on Sundays at 10 am, 2.30 pm and 4 pm.

Heritage Walks: walking routes (from 3 to 13 km) to explore the cultural, natural and historical heritage of Brissarthe, centred around the Church of Notre-Dame. Maps of the routes are available from the Salle des Pimprenaux (next to the town hall)

The 20 September Open from 10h to 18h. Visites guidées le dimanche à 10h, 14h30 et à 16h.
