Art as a means of self-expression, building connections and looking after oneself. To mark Mental Health Awareness Weeks, we invite you to discover art as a space for self-expression, sharing and wellbeing, from 6 to 17 October 2027 at Centrale 7.

Come and create, share, exchange ideas and discover how art can open up new avenues for expression and connection.
Wednesday 7 October from 2.30 pm: An afternoon focusing on mental health, featuring personal accounts, a film screening, a talk and discussions.
6–17 October: Art workshops to create, experiment, express yourselves and look after yourselves, together.
