During the holidays, you don’t even need to put on a heat-protective suit to become an apprentice volcanologist. With the help of rocks, maps and an impressive model, dive to the centre of the Earth to discover how volcanoes work, the difference between magma and lava, and between effusive and explosive volcanoes.
