Chorale A Coeur Joie "Au Clair Matin"

The regional choir of the Pôle À Cœur Joie des Pays de la Loire is offering a concert on the theme of water, a source of inspiration for composers down the centuries.
What better way to celebrate World Water Day, which takes place every year on 22 March!
The programme brings together different eras and styles, from Claudio Monteverdi to contemporary songs by the Beatles and Jeanne Cherhal, offering audiences a varied musical journey.
The regional choir brings together singers from Loire-Atlantique, Maine et Loire, Vendée and Sarthe. It is directed by Dominique Michaut Alchourroun and Vincent Cottereau.
Musicians (piano, cello, guitars and percussion) will accompany the singers.
The stage direction is by Simon Morant.

The first part will be performed by the Manche choir 'Au Clair Matin', directed by Vincent Cottereau and accompanied on the piano by Marion Launay. The choir will perform excerpts from Felix Mendelssohn's Paulus as well as a variety of other pieces.

The concert takes place on Sunday 22 March at 4pm in the Église Saint-Aldric.
Two other concerts are planned in Angers and La Roche sur Yon.
