Coupe du Monde du Trompe-goule sarthois aux Rillettes
9th edition of the Rillettes festival, all over Sarthe and the world!
This historic and delicious recipe has been updated by the Artisan butchers and charcutiers of the Sarthe. It has had its own World Cup since 2024, which closes the Printemps des Rillettes.
On Sunday 29 March 2026, who will succeed the Rillegoulotes (2024) and the Maison Prunier (2025) to become the Champions of this Third World Cup?
TROMPE-GOULE SARTHOIS AUX RILLETTES WORLD CUP
Join us on the Place des Jacobins in Le Mans from 8.30am for a great competition based on this traditional dish from the Sarthe region and emblematic of the festival. 15 teams of 3 or 4 people will be competing: amateurs, professionals and young people from professional schools. They'll be looking to sublimate this centuries-old Sarthe speciality and give you the chance to eat it or (re)discover it!
Come and cheer on the teams and enjoy this speciality in a festive atmosphere!
