Exposition plein air de Francis CAUET, photographe animalier
What if nature came to meet you? The Francis Cauet exhibition is coming to Tiercé
As part of its cultural programme, the local council is hosting an open-air exhibition by nature photographer Francis Cauet, entirely dedicated to the Basses Vallées Angevines. Set up as a trail around the Étang des Tardivières, it invites you on a walk unlike any other: a journey through a region you think you know, revealed in a new light.
A specialist in wildlife and wetlands, Francis Cauet has been exploring these landscapes for many years. His method? Patience. Hours spent lying in wait, in silence, waiting to capture a bird taking flight, a glance, a fleeting moment – without ever disturbing the wildlife he photographs. The result is a series of evocative images that offer a glimpse into the intimate world of an exceptional ecosystem – one that is often traversed but rarely observed.
Both local residents and passing visitors are invited to come and stroll along the pond, whether with a camera or simply out of curiosity, to view this free exhibition.
