BIG SWING JAZZ DAY IN LE MANS.

On 5 December 2026, the SALLE DES CONCERTS DU MANS will be buzzing with the rhythms of swing jazz as part of a major musical event organised by the LIONS CLUB LE MANS CENTRE-HORIZON
In the first half, discover the trio led by singer MARIENNE DECHAUME for a journey through elegant, warm and deeply sensitive French-style jazz, featuring Nicolas GREORY on the Hammond organ and Dominique METAIS on drums.
In the second half, the spotlight turns to Jean-Pierre DEROUARD and his SWING ORCHESTRA
A magnificent big band comprising 17 musicians, masterfully led by
Jean-Pierre DEROUARD, one of the finest swing drummers of his generation and well known to Le Mans music lovers.
The band will pay a rousing tribute to the legendary drummer BUDDY RICH, a key figure in the history of jazz and swing. An explosive line-up, irresistible swing and music that promises to get the whole venue moving.
