European Heritage Days events at the Isle-Briand Departmental Park on 19 and 20 September 2026.
An estate covering more than 180 hectares, situated at the confluence of the Mayenne and Oudon rivers, designated an ‘Espace Nature Sensible’ (Sensitive Natural Area) due to its woodland and its remarkable flora and fauna. The park offers numerous signposted walking trails allowing visitors to discover the area’s natural, heritage and architectural treasures: its 18th-century château, its 19th-century model farm, its racecourse and its equestrian facilities… A world-renowned centre for equestrian competition, hosting numerous sporting events including the Mondial du Lion.
