Journées Européennes Patrimoine - Château de la Faucille
Come and explore the Château de la Faucille during the European Heritage Days on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026.
A château overlooking the River Oudon, built on the ruins of an ancient fortified castle dating from the 14th and 15th centuries. The dovecote, the mill, the orangery, the kitchen garden and the ice house bear witness to how life was organised on a former castle site. Explanations will be provided on a major restoration project carried out on the château, which lasted over three years. The presence of two craftspeople will add to the experience of exploring the site.
