Well-being Open Day at Résidence Montana Le Mans

The Montana Le Mans senior residence will be opening its doors on Friday 29 and Friday 30 May from 10am to 6pm on the theme of Well-being.
Admission is free!

On this occasion, we will be delighted to welcome a number of passionate professionals who will be presenting different approaches and practices dedicated to better living:
? psychogenealogy
? kinesiology
? pressotherapy
? naturopathy
There will also be workshops and introductions to sophrology, yoga, tai chi, zentangle and mandalas.
