JOURNEES REGIONALES DE LA VISITE D'ENTREPRISE : MONASTÈRE DE BOIS SALAIR

As part of the Regional Company Visit Days in the Pays de la Loire, the Orthodox Monastery of Bois Salair is opening its doors to you for a guided tour of the workshop where beeswax candles are made; you will also have the chance to explore the medicinal herb garden. During the tour, a video will introduce you to the techniques used in our workshop. You will learn about the three main production methods: the wax bath, used to make church candles through successive dipping; the production of table candles; and the making of moulded candles.
