La physique au service de la facture instrumentale (WORKSHOP)

[Colloquium - Workshop and conference]
This symposium offers two days of meetings between researchers and instrument makers.
At ITEMM, the first day will focus on recent innovations in musical acoustics as applied to instrument making, with a view to promoting close collaboration, experimentation and the sharing of tools.
At the Institut d'Acoustique (Le Mans University), the second day will provide an opportunity for dialogue and collective reflection, combining presentations and round tables to discuss current collaborations and the future of instrument making.

- 22 January 2026, 9am-6pm at ITEMM: morning lectures and practical workshops in the afternoon, free of charge, registration required.
- 23 January 2026, 9am-5pm at the Institute of Acoustics (Le Mans University): free lectures, registration required.
