The Labo sonore group from the University of Angers offers an improvised journey between chance and sound creation. Relying on instrumentalists and electronic devices, the performance takes in the milestones of improvised music - from Miles Davis to Gérard Grisey and Steeve Reich, via the free spirit of Frank Zappa and the poetry of Bernard Heidsieck - while weaving sonic echoes of the city of Le Mans. An immersive experience in which the unpredictable becomes musical material and a shared listening experience.
