First opportunity to discover the work of La Collective at the Chapelle des Calvairiennes. Tendres brochettes is an experimental participatory bread-making and fire-baking system, inspired by Aveyron cake-baking techniques. It's a slow baking process that requires patience and perseverance, and a way of taking our time together.
