From Friday 20 to Sunday 29 March 2026, we'll be celebrating Rillettes all over Sarthe ... and the world!
Printemps des Rillettes is a celebration of Rillettes. At least 72 local activities and official events will bring together all those who love or make this Sarthe speciality. Associations, shopkeepers, businesses, local authorities and individuals - everyone can take part and create a party.
