La Tour des Anglais and La Cuisine de Léa have joined forces to bring you the first edition of the Brunchs de la Tour.
Sweet options:
- Choice of pastries
- Square pancake
- Homemade granola with farmhouse fromage blanc or soya yoghurt
Savoury options:
- Caramelised bacon
- Baked egg with cheddar sauce, mustard and bread sticks
Toasted sandwiches:
- French toast with peanut butter, banana, chocolate chips and caramelised walnuts
OR
- Multigrain bread with cream cheese, pea purée, thinly sliced ham and caramelised onions.
Drinks:
- A hot drink of your choice
- A fruit juice
- Mimosa cocktail (crémant and orange juice): €5 extra
