PARADE : Musique onirique et pétillante, sans tambour ni trompette
PARADE: sparkling, dreamlike music without fanfare or fanfare
JMFrance Sarthe and JMFrance present "PARADE: Sparkling, dreamlike music without fanfare".
Ferdinand Doumerc is a saxophonist with a thirst for experimentation and innovative sounds. For this brand new show, he has brought together Louise Grévin, with her expressively diverse cello, and Nan Jiang, a specialist in the guzheng, an impressive Chinese instrument with a rich flavour that she makes sound like a kora, a mandolin or an unclassifiable percussion instrument.
Creating a fusion of original compositions and vivid, original colours, the trio moves between jazz, contemporary music and folk, and, like a peacock's wheel, charms its audience with an impressive range of unexpected, constantly surprising melodies, with poetic instrumental and vocal colours that sharpen the imagination and immerse us in a bath of sensations.
Thanks to the complicity and attentive listening of these three complementary musicians, a series of luxuriant and varied pieces unfold before our captivated eyes and ears, sounding like the inspired soundtrack to a powerful film.
