For over 30 years, this one-of-a-kind farm has been putting its renowned expertise in aquaculture and pond fish farming into practice. Across 25 hectares of water, around fifteen species of fish are reared here, ranging from ornamental fish to species intended for restocking rivers and ponds. Here, nature takes its course, combining natural reproduction in the ponds with controlled techniques in the hatchery.
