Malicorne-Sur-Sarthe
On the first Sunday of the month, admission to the museum is free!
Situated between Le Mans and Angers, in the heart of the Sarthe Valley, the Musée de la Faïence et de la Céramique, a cultural player and living museum, is a place of remembrance where almost 5,000 items highlight the history of ceramics through the production of Malicorne and Maine. Today, the museum is part of the modern museum dynamic, and its visitor itinerary is being adapted to become a place where artistic practices are brought to life, a place of experimentation and intergenerational sharing around the arts and ceramics, one of the most prestigious Art of Fire.
