Listening to the warblers in the heart of the Chambiers forest
Organised by the commune of Durtal and LPO Anjou, with the support of the Département
In spring, the forest slowly comes to life. On their return from Africa, the different species of chicken take up residence in the forest and defend their territory by singing. On this nature outing, learn to recognise these little birds by their calls and observe their behaviour. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the rarer species, such as the Whistling Warbler or Bonelli's Warbler.
It's a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the spring atmosphere of the forest and discover its rich biodiversity.
