As you wander along, discover a generously mulched vegetable garden, where the soil is worked with care and respect for nature, then continue on to the orchard, which ends gently with a fig hedge. Further on, the park has a lovely surprise in store for you: clumps of conifers and a remarkable collection of trees and shrubs that are home to an unsuspected biodiversity.
This garden is a perfect example of a sustainable, thrifty approach: the shredded prunings and mown grass are reused on site as mulch, reducing watering and preserving the life of the soil.
