A workshop to explore acrobatic lifts in a collective way, so you can be one body together and feel the pleasure of carrying and being carried.

A workshop to explore the world of clowning and burlesque, to work on letting go of the body, voice and rhythm, with the main aim of playing, to free your spontaneity and creativity, solo or in a group.

During this workshop, the aim will be to move away from the everyday, intelligent body towards an organic body that becomes 'burlesque' and 'clownesque' using Alain Bourderon's tools.

The body, voice and rhythm are at the heart of the work, with the sole aim of playing and freeing oneself, alone or with others, in a spirit of listening and enjoyment. Work without nose or costume.
