A biographical ramble for 1 musician born in 1987, 2 clarinets, an ensemble of Voix Off and an Atlantic blue lobster.

In this musical solo, Roman Gigoi-Gary revisits his career with tender humour, sharing a universal story: that of the quest for self. A professional clarinettist, he tells his story through a series of snapshots, revealing his successive avatars. From the pupil who was humiliated as a child to the family artist who was supported but not understood, from the ecstatic musician to the intermittent performer chasing a fee, his story is as captivating as it is funny!

"But you're playing notes that don't exist! For God's sake, read the score! We're not asking you to be a poet! Well, let's get on with it..." exasperated his clarinet teacher yesterday. On stage with two clarinets, a mini keyboard and a few machines from which emerge the voices of some twenty characters (all of whom he plays himself), the one-man band offers us a social, poetic and humorous fable that will appeal to everyone, musician or not.
