In the aftermath of the Second World War, Le Mans experienced a population boom and the construction of numerous new neighbourhoods. New churches were built. The art of stained glass was revitalised, new materials were used, and artists sought new, more abstract approaches that broke away from traditional iconography.
Tour 1: From the Hôtel-Dieu de Coëffort to Christ the Saviour, via Saint-Martin.
