Dobert Castle is illuminated by candlelight for two evenings, offering a storytelling and dramatised tour…
Marion, the castle’s cook in 1930, shares her stories and memories with us. Her brassware gleams in her kitchen, candles welcome us to the chapel, and the history of the house and its inhabitants spans the centuries. And here comes Firmin, bringing eggs from his farmyard to make the crêpes we’ll share at the end of the evening!
