Carine Lemaître, a passionate grower based in Cheffes, invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature. For a day, her small organic farm specialising in aromatic, medicinal and perfume plants opens its doors wide to welcome you between the rows of plants, as the scents and seasons change.

Whether you're a botanical enthusiast, flower lover, wellbeing enthusiast or simply looking for an original family outing, this day out has everything to appeal to you.

Guided tours on the programme:
- 10am: The use of medicinal plants (understanding their benefits and their everyday use)
- At 2pm: Growing aromatic and medicinal plants (from field to table, from seed to bottle)

Numerous workshops on offer:
- Relaxation in the field with Karine Lorenchet , sophrologist
- Plant dyes and an introduction to embroidery with Aude Degraeve, dressmaker
- Flower lettering using traditional materials with Céline and Astride, illuminators
- Making a dried flower wreath with Genevieve, florist

On site: Take a stroll through the summer boutique and leave with cosmetics, syrups and aromatic products from the farm's own production. Take a break at the herbal tea and syrup bar, and make the most of the outdoor picnic area - remember to bring your own tablecloth and tup!
