Well-being weekend at L'Herberie on 24 and 25 January 2026

On 24 and 25 January 2026, L'Herberie in Pouancé will be hosting a unique well-being weekend in the Maine-et-Loire region.
16 passionate professionals (therapists and artists) come together to offer over 35 holistic practices in a living ecosystem where body, art and consciousness meet.
What's original about this event? Each participant co-creates his or her own personalised itinerary from a range of practices: sophrology, yoga, equine mediation, sound journeys, art therapy, shiatsu, reflexology, talking circles, biodanza, sheep therapy, nature workshops...
Each participant is free to choose his or her workshops according to his or her needs, current desires and the availability of slots.
The highlight of the weekend is the Fire Circle on Saturday evening, a ritual of liberation from the old, combining drumming, singing and dancing around the fire.
Limited to 50 participants per half-day to ensure quality support and individual attention.
