From 12 to 21 March 2027, we’ll be celebrating rillettes throughout the Sarthe … and around the world!
The Printemps des Rillettes is the festival of rillettes. At least 72 local activities and official events bring together everyone who loves or makes this Sarthe speciality. Associations, shopkeepers, businesses, local authorities and individuals – everyone can take part and help make the festival a success.
